We’re excited to announce the launch of the African Nova Scotian History Challenges Project Fund Initiative — created to help reduce financial barriers and spark even more creativity in projects during our 20th anniversary year! In addition to the extended project deadline — March 6, 2026 — we hope that this helps more students get involved!

We believe that every student should have access to a relevant and accurate scholarship and bursary resource list. The purpose of this free booklet is to provide financial resource options for learners of African ancestry. Each scholarship is identified and has a summary of the criteria and a link to find out more and apply.
