Loice Busingye holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management and brings a wealth of experience to our team. She will be taking the lead in the delivery of DBDLI’s PPTI program responsibilities. Loice worked in several industries before joining DBDLI and has demonstrated success in management roles.

She has served with not-for-profit organizations as a program coordinator ministering to people living on the margins of life in rural Rwanda. Loice is a lecturer at the Africa College of Theology. Her notable contributions to educational facilitation and training include founding and leading a reputable international school program.

Besides her work, Loice is a writer who is passionate about creating engaging and meaningful stories for children. She is the author of an award-winning book, How Kwezi Got Into Trouble. She is committed to using her writing to participate in re-writing history from underrepresented perspectives to inspire a younger generation of readers to think critically about the world around them.
