We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest research report, the Culturally Affirming Mentor Development Series (2025). This series was designed by our research team to support mentors working with African Nova Scotian high school learners in the Bringing STEM to Life W-IL Physics Program.
Grounded in Africentric principles, the series blends cultural learning, reflection, and community engagement to strengthen mentorship practices and foster a sense of belonging in STEM spaces.
